Kristen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the State University of New York, Buffalo, where she graduated with magna cumlaude honours. Kristen received her J.D. from the University of Windsor, where she finished ranked 15th in her class. She was called to the bar in 2017. She completed her articles at Camporese Sullivan DiGregorio before returning as an associate.

Kristen’s practice focusesprimarily on civil litigation including insurance defence, personal injury,liability disputes, accident benefits, catastrophic injuries, occupiers’liability and general negligence claims.

Prior to articling at Camporese Sullivan Di Gregorio, Kristen worked at the Crown Attorney’s Office in Chatham, Ontario, where she regularly appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, on behalf of the Crown in Highway Traffic Act matters.

While in law school Kristen worked at Legal Assistance of Windsor, where she advocated on behalf of community members on various files including Ontario Disability Support Program Appeals, Ontario Works Appeals, CPP Appeals, Landlord and Tenant Board disputes,and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board matters.

She has appeared beforethe Small Claims Court, the Ontario Court of Justice, and the Ontario SuperiorCourt of Justice along with various administrative bodies including the LicenceAppeal Tribunal.

Kristen is a member of thefollowing professional associations:
